As a designer, my goal is to incorporate the details that give your home your own unique style and create surroundings that comfort you. Through listening and detailed conversations I work to gain a clear understanding of your goals and build a relationship based on open communication, honesty and integrity. It is my intention to create beautiful decor that thoughtfully reflects my clients and equally as important to create a relationship that you may trust and enjoy the process.

N E W  C O N S T R U C T I O N

Our design services can assist you through the entire project from developing your vision in collaboration with the architect and builder through the selection process, construction, completion and furnishing of your home. Details of your lifestyle are thoughtfully discussed and accommodations incorporated into the design plan such as furniture layout and space planning, entertaining or family needs, special lighting, window coverings, organization and storage needs and budget planning. We will provide you and your builder with organized, written specifications, drawings and samples to effectively communicate the design plan and job oversight to avoid costly mistakes and ensure the best quality of work.

R E M O D E L S

Our services can provide oversight and guidance through your remodel project including the design plan, budgeting and contracting, selecting and purchasing fixtures, flooring, tile, cabinets, counters, lighting and paint. We can provide subcontractors and job management or work with your contractor. 

C O N S U L T A T I O N

Hourly services are available for smaller projects or immediate needs. Consulting can include developing a design plan, finalizing selections, budgeting for a project, furniture and accessory placement and purchasing, window treatments and color consultation.

Wendy williamson, principal

Wendy Williamson has been working in interior design and building homes since 2001.  Wendy has completed more than 20 new home constructions including a house on the 2017 AIA Tour, countless remodels and numerous interior furnishing jobs.   She brings her wealth of experience, industry resources and ideas to each project while striving to fulfill her client's vision.

selena adams, LEAD designer

Selena Adams studied Business Management as an undergraduate and then went on to complete her degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of New York in Tribeca. As a native to the south, she chose Austin to start her career and family. With a creative eye and a strong background in business, she has developed key managerial skills that are pertinent for project managing while meeting client needs.  Over the past six years, she has been developing more hands-on design experiences.  She has worked with established designers and continued her growth in the design industry with a passion that has driven her professional life for the past fifteen years.

Karen Mills Meyer, Ph.D.  Office Manager

Karen’s experience in management began as a project manager for a multi-million dollar research grant from the National Science Foundation.  She coordinated interactions between principal researchers, graduate students, and subjects in the field as well as carrying out the collection and interpretation of research data.   Her finance skills were honed through years of volunteer service as PTO treasurer for local middle and high schools.  At Wendy Williamson Design LLC, Karen focuses on monthly invoicing, procurement and tracking of orders and is always looking for ways to streamline office procedures and improve customer experience.  

Elizabeth Martinez, Design Intern

Elizabeth Martinez is an interior design student at Texas State University.  She loves integrating her knowledge of design principles with creating functional spaces. Elizabeth's passion for design has grown along with the knowledge she has gained as a student and the experience she has gained through two design internships. Elizabeth continues to learn the ropes of the design world under the tutelage of Wendy Williamson. Elizabeth will be graduating from TSU in December 2017 with a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences – Interior Design and is excited to be joining the design field full time.
